I haven't quite got this regular update thing down yet have I? Anyway this blog seems to be picking up a teeny tiny bit of steam, what I'm about to say next may seem minor to everyone but for me this is massive. On the 15th of Feb this blog had 16 views on one day:)the most its ever had in a day. Of course not everything is dandy on the 17th of Jan this page ahd 1 view. So I guess you could say its been a
mixed month. But now onto the main event the 'les Paul project'. I picked this up from my freind Ben on the first day of the summer holidays for 2£ in less then amazing condition.
After a bit of blood (I still have a scar from where a loose fret cut my arm) and hours of ironing the guitar (Using the steams etting to weaken the fretboard glue thus making it easier to pull off) I was left with this.
After this I sanded down the body and cut down the remainder of the neck. What now though? well I'm gunna route the neck pocket to transfrom this guitar into a bolt on neck guitar and do a 'swirl' finish (Google 'swirl guitars'). This is the les Paul as it looks now. So long and goodnight.
